Make yourself as comfy , as you can, put your hands on your lap, feet on the floor...If you feel comfy let`s start concentrating on your breathing ...on your each breath in....and breath out. Notice, how your breathing becoming deeper and deeper...you can close your eyes now to enjoy that experience deeper and deeper.

While you concentrate on your breathing in...and out... you may start to realize noises around you become irrelevant, so you can fully concentrate on your relaxation process...

Now, we are going to start the journey which will enable your whole body to feel relaxed, deeply relaxed...you can feel the very top of your head calming...relaxing...all muscles there releasing all tension. Let that warmth and light travel down your body to your neck allow it to relax deeper... and deeper...

Let this wonderful feeling of get further down to your shoulders...stopping there to release all stress and tension and fill it with warmth and light of relaxation ...the wonderful wave of relaxation travels now to your left arm....and to your right arm...you may feel tingling in your fingers , its quite normal , just let it happen.

Now , these relaxing warmth and light travel to your chest making your breathing deeper..and deeper, slower ...you can feel so good , safe and relaxed now...your stomach filling now with warmth and light and of deep relax....Going further down to your hips, then down your legs , releasing all tension from muscles and fill them with warmth and light till they become more and more relaxed. Your knees , then your calves and down to your feet and toes

Now you can feel all your body fully relaxed from the top of your head to your toes...

Its time to relax your mind to keep "whole you " in the same state of deep relaxation...Let your mind relax ..and let your powerful subconscious mind take you to your very special place...place when you can feel safe, totally relaxed ...It can be the place in nature, wherever you like, the best place for you now.

Experience the place now using all your senses, feel smells, warmth, hear sounds, you feel totally safe and relaxed now...you can always get to this place if you wish so...and feel so deeply relaxed as you feel now. I`ll leave you there for a while to enjoy your special place...you won`t hear my voice for a while...

In a few moments I will bring you back to complete awareness. I will just count from1-5 and when I reach 5 you will be able to open your eyes and feel relaxed and refreshed

Now, Im starting to count:

1.you `re starting to become aware of the floor beneath

2.everyday noises are coming back ...

3.legs and arms coming back to you now

4. Nearly there
