When I was creating and working on my outline I found it challenging because I have not done an outline in a long time so when it came time to turn my information into any outline it took me a while to try and figure out the template. Once I got the hang of the format and how to make an outline it seemed to be a lot easier to complete. Creating an outline made it a lot easier to prepare for the live presentation. I used my outline as a guide when I completed my power point presentation.

I think all presentations should include visual aids whether it's a picture, a chart, or a graph. It doesn't only help the speaker with a topic or slide but it also helps the audience to see what the speaker is referring to. For instance, on my presentation I included pictures of the billboards and lights all lit up during the night to show the night life and the crowded streets to show just how packed the streets always are. There is so many people out and about and the streets are always at a standstill like you're constantly stuck in a traffic jam. Visual aids are both appropriate and effective.

I put in a lot of hard work and practiced a lot. I was both excited and nervous to give my presentation. In high school I was always so scared to get up in front of a group of people and speak. I am uncomfortable with all eyes on me, and the feeling I might make a mistake or forget what my order to information. After I finished my presentation I always felt relieved and proud that I stuck it out and give it all that I had. I was excited to perform my presentation however personal family issues kept me from being able to give my presentation.

I was forced out of my mother's house due to my husband and mother getting into an altercation and the cops were called. I had to do what was best for my five month old baby and had to move some of belongings out with my car. It is still a huge issue and we are all trying to be decent for my son. When it came time for the make ups I was still unable to give my presentation because I did not have my microphone and was unable to get it from the rest of my belongings still at my mom's house.
