Abstract

This is my second attempt at a timed writing. My first attempt was graded with unsatisfactory remarks; I was advised by my Life Learning, and Vocation (LLV) instructor to give it another try before submitting my writing exhibit. This essay was written in the Program for Experience Learners Office (PEL) for the purpose to complete a timed writing within the allotted time, I was given one and one-half hours to write an essay. I used the MLA format to complete this writing piece. For this assignment I had to choose a topic that I could relate with from a pool of choices. Feeling a little stressed and the pressure to do well I decided on the topic I could relate to, so I choose the topic on the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of how individuals deal with stress.
