With the steps that I took in make the move, I believe that they were very similar to the decision making process. Something I put much thought into was weighing out the two and making sure that it was for the better. The step that I left out but would have been extremely helpful in my decision was evaluating alternative solutions, I was so stuck on this one career opportunity that I didn't take the time to consider anything else which if this opportunity was to go south I would at least have something to fall back on but luckily for me everything went well and there was no need for the alternative plan.

When having to make decisions like these it is always a great idea to use this process with guiding you on making the final decision. With situations like these it is important to give it a close and make sure you really weigh things out for what they really are, the decision making process will assist you in making the proper decision and keep you from regretting it at the end.
