Introduction

This is a global Air transportation company uniquely specializing in Aero-ambulance services worldwide is in executive flying and the provision of Executive charter services both on short term and long term. The organization is based Europe and operates a fleet of 21 fixed wing aircraft that includes Bombardier Learjet 35, 55, 60, Cl-604, Canadair CRJ-200, FALCON 900 E and the Global Express XRS. In addition to the air transportation, the company provides 3rd party fleet management services to other aircraft owners. FAI's fleet of dedicated intensive care air ambulances jet can be activated at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Those aircraft are fully equipped with state of the art medical technology, and staffed with highly qualified medical personnel, so that patients who have fallen ill or been injured all over the world can be treated and transported as fast as possible.

Current Performance:

Since 2009, the airline has focused on air ambulance services while reducing aircraft chartering activities. About 80 % of the airlines revenues have been generated by the air ambulance sector. In 2008, the company generated revenues of over 38 million euros while in 2010 revenue of 42 million euros was realized. This marked an increase in revenue of 20% compared to 2009. 40% of the revenues (= €18m) were generated by the business sector worldwide ambulance Jet service, 35% under UN long term contracts in Africa, 20% in VIP-Charter and 5% in Aircraft-Leasing and Maintenance service for 3rd Parties. For the fiscal year of 2011 company estimates consolidated revenues of approximately €50m (=$65m), that reflects another increase of more than 20%.
