Job Summary

​Responsible for the management and operation of the Staffing Service Managed Program. The purpose of the program is to help optimize the labor workforce of various clients. Must fully cooperate with subordinates and different departments to provide client managers, suppliers, and contractors the best staffing services. Accountable for organizing and coordinating job candidate interviews, reviewing resumes, creating job descriptions, and presenting results. This position requires some previous experience as well as excellent communication, planning, technical and organizational skills.Relationships

Reports to: Client and corporate management.

Supervises: Balances team and individual project responsibilities with subordinates; ​​ Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.

Works with: Hiring managers, Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Security to ​​ ensure contractor compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

External relationships: Job candidates, client managers, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources or related field preferred)

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the area of Human Resources; ​​ ​Employment, recruiting, staffing. Require experience with Vendor ​​ ​Management Systems (VMS) and general office computer ​​​ ​software.

Essential Responsibilities

* Cooperates with hiring managers, client managers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate staff augmentation and all related transactions.

* Prepares job descriptions and requisitions for all positions with the help of management.

* Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, and submits candidates to hiring manager.

* Responsible for drug and background checks and bill rate negotiation.

* Coordinates and provides feedback on all interviews to hiring managers and suppliers.

* Trains hiring managers on program and policies, requisition entry, and candidate review and contractor time approval in the VMS.

* Cooperates in the preparation and presentation of the monthly/quarterly program reports to client and corporate management.
