BELLA BISTRO
Restaurants are a very big industry and have the success of succeeding or failing depending on what and how they go about advertising or promoting their idea. The public always has critics to criticize what they are making or how the service was but it does differ between many people. The thoughts could be that the service was slow but think about how busy they might be also and trying to keep up with all the orders that are coming out of the kitchen. Being patient while you wait for your meal will help with an overall good experience for everyone at your table. My restaurant evaluation is about Bella Bistro in Arvada, Colorado. What I am going to discuss about this restaurant is the service, flavor of the food and overall atmosphere of this dining experience to help you better understand what this restaurant has to offer to its many customers.
First I walked in to this small and quaint restaurant and had the lounging bar area before you were seated. I thought that was a good touch and was greeted with a smile. It was a great way to have a drink and socialize before eating our meal. We had reservations so didn't have to wait long and our table was ready. The waitress explained what the concept of the whole restaurant experience was and what they had to offer. The bread was bought from a local baker and it is fresh daily. The menu changes every other week so it gives customers more selection on what to have and also gives the chef more creative ways of preparing the meals. The waitress was very informative about the wines that they offer there. The wine was really good and had a kick to it at the end which is something that I loved about it.
The flavor of the food was just amazing. First up was the appetizer which I had Stuffed Mozzarella. The Stuffed Mozzarella was amazing and so flavorful from the start and wish I had more than just three of them. Next up was a Mediterranean salad and was so flavorful with the oil's and garbanzo beans in it and no complaints on this. The main course was Chicken breast over Pesto Mashed potatoes with balsamic glaze. The glaze and the mashed potatoes made the dish to be so good and flavorful. The chicken was also cooked perfectly and was very well prepared. The final dish was the dessert and had chocolate cheesecake with chocolate glaze. It was so good and thought it might be more chocolate than I really like but it brought out so much flavor of the cream cheese and was very impressed by that. The tables were so close together that it was very hard for people to get around to everyone so that would be my only complaint.
It also helps that it was 5280 Denver Restaurant week. Couples eat for $52.80 set price and singles eat for $26.40 set price. It's affordable to all that want to experience fine dining. The atmosphere was very cozy and had a good feel to it. Made you feel like you were going to taste great foods and wine. It
