g's Information Technology Department is vital and a critical part of Riordan efforts to evolve with new technology. The current Information Technology Systems is outmoded by over 8 years. Allowing an outside company to implement a new system will save Riordan Manufacturing time and money, and allowing completion of the project in the time allowed. Combining all of the systems used by Riordan's Information Technology Department will allow for modern day changes and the development of a new system on today's technology standards.

In this report I will touch on 5 basic Information Technology evaluations and the recommendations of the company. They are systems analysis and design, databases, programming, networking, and the web. The system design and implementation for Riordan, will need to introduce a company wide, enterprise database which will reduce redundant entry and coordinate business systems across locations. The company should anticipate more efficient production, real-time communication, and increased profitability. Inorder to achieve a standaradization within each location and achieve world wide status and stability anonga nd within thew company. By ddesigning

 Integrate Human Resources and Legal systems.

 Integrate Sales and Marketing systems.

 Integrate Operations systems.

Riordan will introduce a corporate-wide, enterprise
