In the tragic love story of Romeo and Juliet many people can be blamed for Romeo and Juliets death. In my opinion, I think that it was Friar Laurence who was majorly to blame. I also think Romeo and Juliet share some of the blame as well. All three of them had a part in the two deaths, however I think it is fair to stay Friar Lawrence had the carries the biggest blame.

First, Faire Lawrence is to blame because he kept Romeo and Juliet's secret of their love. Since Romeo and Juliet's families had a feud they were not supposed to be together. It was Friar Lawrence who kept their love a secret from the families and helped them be together. He was the one who married the two young loves in hopes that the marriage would cause an end to the feuding for the families.

Second, Friar Lawrence was the one who came up with the idea of giving Juliet the poison that would put her in a coma for 42 hours. He wrote a letter to Romeo explaining the plan but the letter never reached Romeo. After Romeo and Juliet died the Friar left so no one ever found out about his plan.

Lastly, I also think Romeo and Juliet were to blame for their deaths because if they would have confessed their love to their families then maybe the family feud between the Capulets and the Montagues could have ended. Also they were reckless. Instead of trying to figure out a way to make their relationship work they both killed themselves. If Romeo never went to the party and never saw Juliet then he would have married Rosaline instead of Juliet.

So in conclusion there are three people to blame in the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, Friar Lawrence, Romeo, and Juliet. If Romeo and Juliet would have just confessed their love maybe both of them would not have had to kill themselves. And they would end the feud. Also they would be able to live a long happy life. Last, they would get to love each other instead of dying with each other.
