It wasn't just an ordinary ring, it was a luminous ruby red jewel while rotating the ring to one side was a perfectly cut marauder head along with a define ship. Above it was the letters "MUHS". Rotating it to the other side you saw in the center a soccer ball with goal netting in the back of the ball with my jersey number 7 in the center of the ball. Above the ball was in bold letters "URIBE". Below the soccer ball was my position "Mid" Looking in the inside in beautiful cursive writing said," two year commitment" rotating back to the top, the rub red jewel was encased "STATE CHAMPIONS 2010"

As a high school athlete, what is the one dream above all? To me it's to walk away from a season with a heavy ring on your finger. I didn't exactly stumble upon a ring of such value when I was shopping. The journey to occupying my barren finger started when I was nine years old. We weren't going to let down. Second half was about to start, the sun was setting and temperature was dropping. My coach said," Moe, are you ready?" I quickly took my stance and replied firmly," Yes". Setting foot on the field was like setting foot in a war zone, you could quickly feel the hatred between both teams. Soon after the second half started Flagstaff got a penalty kick, which kicked it wide left past the goal. It triggered us that we needed transition into offensive and score. We stayed on their side of the field for the most time, we got a throw in. Exhausted, quickly got a gasp of air and bolted from the 40mark to the 6 in seconds, while my other team mate was settling a thrown in ball and kept her poise, splitting two defenders the ball came rolling
