My research projects deals with "A Study on the Recruitment Process" as carried out in Chola. The objective of the study is to understand the existing recruitment process in the company
Human resource is a most valuable asset in the Organization. Profitability of the Organization depends on its utilization. If their utilization is done properly Organization will make profit otherwise it will make loss. If a good dancer appointed as a Chief Executive Officer of a Company, he may not run the business. So right man should be procured at right place in right time, otherwise their proper utilization may not be done. To procure right man at right place in right time, an efficient recruitment process is required
The first section deals with the introduction to the study. The second session tells about the research methodology, objective of the study. The third session describes the theoretical perspective of the study. The forth session gives a brief description about the company profile. The fifth session contains the recruitment process followed by Chola and their policies. The Last session contains the suggestion and conclusion of the study
All that is taught in the classroom proves useful when applied in the practical field. Practical orientation of a management student is must, to perform as a potential manager. It is for this reason that project training is prescribed as a part of syllabus for my master in business administration and the post graduate diploma in planning and entrepreneurship
With immense pleasure and deep sense of sincerity, I have completed my Industrial training. It is an essential requirement for each and every student to have some practical exposure towards real world situations. A systematized practical experience to inculcate self confidence in a student so that they can mentally prepare themselves for this competitive environment.
