Sexual Dysfunctional
Sexual dysfunctions effects both men and women, just in different ways but sexual dysfunctions at the same time keeps both men and women of becoming sexual active and keeps them both from reaching an orgasm. There are so many different types of sexual dysfunctions and everyone experiences them from time to time.
A couple of the most common sexual dysfunctions that happens to men are finding it difficult to get and keep an erection or pre-ejaculation. In women a common dysfunction that they experience the most is not being able to produce self-lubricant or reaching an orgasm. One sexual dysfunction that has been reported in both men and women would be pain during sexual intercourse. Priapism is what it is called for men and this is also known as a painful erection and this pain can last for hours at a time and it usually happens with the lack of sex. In earlier years and some men this is what would be called having "blue balls". When a man is experiencing this pain it is usually when blood gets trapped in the penis and the man is not able to release it and this is where the term "taking a cold shower" comes into play.
In the opposite way, the women will experience dryness of the vaginal and unable to produce lubricant. This happens when the woman is lacking stimulation which can keep her from reaching orgasm. Different reasons can cause the woman to experience vaginal dryness such as changes in her hormones that is caused by pregnancy, menopause, contraceptives, breast feeding, and even a sexual cream can cause it too.
Men also experience a dysfunction call Dyspareunia just like women does, on the other hand it is not that common in men like it is in women. In men is can be lead back to a painful sexual experience. When it comes to men these conditions are less common and is usually connected with genital infections that has the symptoms of burning or being painful when they ejaculate. With women they experience the similar thing but it is called Vaginismus and these symptoms are an involuntary contraction of the muscles around the vaginal walls. Although these can cause problems for men and women when it comes to having sexual intercourse there are treatments which includes a change in their lifestyles, changing their diet and eating habits and adding more organic foods such as wheat, yams, soy, alfalfa and rice in their diets, along with exercising. There is also a medication that can be taken on a daily basis to help Dyspareunia. The other treatment that men and women could try when nothing else works for them would be drugs such as hormones therapy and even surgery.
