Smoking is a bad habit and it should be banned. Although, smokers claim

that it helps them to relax and release their stress. There are more negative aspects

than positive. It is a health hazard for both smokers and non-smokers. Moreover, it

also harmful to unborn babies. Cigarettes are addictive because of the nicotine that

they contain.

Firstly, many people start smoking for a variety of different reasons. There are

many smokers that start smoking because of their stress like when you have a bad day, it

can seem like cigarettes are their best friends. People thought that cigarettes could

help you calm down and relax, but actually they are addicted to the nicotine that

is in cigarettes. Nowadays, there are lots of teenager's who started smoking when they

were young because they thought it is cool or their friends encourage them to try to

smoking. Those who smoke and those who don't are shown in behavior changes that

is more apparent in teens than adults. Some people are lacking of education, so they

don't know that cigarettes bring many health problems to them. Moreover, there are

many people that start to smoke because of problems with their job or family.

As a result, smoking causes numerous impacts to smoker's life. It is also

disturbs non-smokers and is an unhealthy addiction. Moreover, smoking can bring

many effects to the smoker. Therefore, cigarettes should definitely be banned to make

the world a better place for everyone.

Secondly, smoking cigarettes can represent their personality and it is also give

them bad image. Although, smoking makes them have bad breathe and yellow teeth.

Moreover, you will never realize it until someone tells you that you have bad breathe and

yellow teeth, so if you are a smoker, you are in a danger risk.
