2. What is the genre of the song?

3. What is the general message the author saying?

4. Is there a hidden meaning in the song?

5. Who is the targeted audience?

6. What is the meaning of the title?

1. It is important, to know what is the song about.

2. It defines the song, such as style.

3. Everything is done for a reason, so it is a must to understand the message the author is trying to show.

4. Sometimes songs have hidden meaning, which might support the message of the author, or it may be something completely opposite.

5. In order to analyze a song, you must know to whom the song is referring.

6. Title is very important because it leaves the first impression, meaning the title catches your interest.

The analysis:

1. Love, actually it is excellent topic since many people will familiarize with it, unfortunately it is something that people have very broad spectrum of understanding. In this song the author shows his views and feelings towards the topic.

2. The genre of this song it could be said that it is pop and rock. It is a rock song due to the guitars and drums, but with main stream sound making it a pop.

3. Simply the author says "Love is every where I look" meaning you could acquire love in many forms, and shapes it is up to you interpret it the why it suits you.

4. There is no hidden agenda. Unfortunately the author just exposes the feelings he has, in other words it may feel good but it makes you foolish.

5. The targeted audience is very broad. Mainly starting form the teenagers and going towards middle age people. Also it may be that someone else that is not included in this range could familiarize with the song.

6. In some way the title has the biggest impact as it is the tool to establish the first impression. Therefore, in this case the meaning of the title is that love is just about everywhere, just it takes someone or something with positive feelings towards each other, there you go "Love is in the air"
