The system enables people with access to the Internet to easily place oversea phone calls. The account card and four versions of recharge cards are available on the market. In terms of product life cycle, the Ytalk is going through the growth stage, having a giant potential user market in the country of 60 millions population. And with the help of “Telenor” and “Oredoo”, which will enhance the communications of the Myanmar people, the market of Ytalk will keep expanding. Even though the product is genuinely useful, the commercial, with all the dancing and singing, is not able to represent its full ability. However, with a more improved and enhanced story-line based infomercial, I believe the commercial will stand out and persuade people into thinking that they need Ytalk.

Among the product life cycle, the VOIP system would be in a growth stage. It has been introduced for some time, and people have noticed its usefulness by now. Moreover, after Myanmar has transformed into a democratic country, FDI flowed into the country, with “Telenor” and “Oredoo” being the two biggest mobile network provider. These two companies will fill the needs of a qualified yet cheap SIM card with better Internet speed than the government’s MPT. This will boost the YTalk VOIP service popularity, as more and more people will be able to assess the Internet. Also, as more people go abroad, the sale of the international calling card will continue to grow.
