What is Organization and Behavior.
1) Organizational behavior is a team and individual performance. Organizational behavior refers to the factors that affect work efficiency, employee communication, responsibility, leadership style, and management style. Definition
Organizational structure refers to the establishment of structures within an organization. Focusing on human resource allocation, coordination, task and information control. in other words, the manager divide power to everyone who need in work. (Hiriyappa 2008)
The Organization Chart is the most common representation of employees, titles, and group relationships. It is a visual representation of the relationships between organizations, positions, and relationships. Organizational chart is an intuitive reflection of organizational structure, but also a side of the organization's function of interpretation.
Enterprise organizational units, departments and positions set, not to an enterprise organization is divided into several parts, but the enterprise as a service to a specific target organization, must be composed of several corresponding parts, just as people need to walk on foot .

The structure of Tesco
Tesco organizational structure is TALL structure. Because managers in high-level organizations have only a small number of employees to supervise, they are able to monitor more closely and spend more time training their employees. Tesco's organizational structure is highly hierarchical, reflecting the size of the business. Even at the store level, there are up to four layers of management in some large stores. It is important to note that the following structure is not rigid for all Tesco stores, and some shops operate with slightly different structures, reflecting their location, size, and other store-specific factors.

Definition
(1) cultural: organizational culture is different from the other elements of the organization's fundamental point, is the most obvious, one of the most important features. Organizational culture is expressed in the form of culture.
