- Yes, the business plan is very detailed and very solid on their business idea. They have done thorough industry research provided with detailed data. Then they describe how they would position the product with specific marketing plan, operation strategy and financial plan to extended level. It is clear that the founders have considered every possible situations and the strategies accordingly. Furthermore, they are determined that their product can sale as a niche market player.
- Yes. Both founders were MBA graduates, Antonio, has launched two ventures before P’kolino and has several years’ background of sales and finance in banking industry. So he later take the Sales&Operations managers position. The financial projection and plans are very detailed and explicit. J. B, who was also an MBA graduate, acquired marketing and product development experience for more than ten years. So the marketing plan used in the P’kolina business plan is very thorough and strategic. Both founders have contributed what they learned into the plan.
- Will the decision of moving from high-end market to mid-market upset the high-end customers, since they might consider brand value is lowered?
Does P’kolino has any actual precaution to prevent copycat? How do you prevent other competitor using the same concept to design another similar product?
Same product are sold in different price in two different market, will that confuse the position in market and make customer confused whether products are high-end or median average?

They analyzed potential risks in advance and each has different strategy accordingly.
- The industrial overview is a bit less organized, especially industry highlight. Readers could get confused by overwhelming data and numbers. They could arrange the content make it easier to read. Also, they could use more chart or graphics to demonstrate the information.
