The city of Zootopia is a mammal metropolis where various animals live and thrive. When Judy Hopps becomes the first rabbit to join the police force, she quickly learns how tough it is to enforce the law. Determined to prove herself, Judy jumps at the opportunity to solve a mysterious case. Unfortunately, that means working with Nick Wilde, a wily fox who makes her job even harder.

First critical incident is negotiation skills. It is a process by which compromise or agreement is reached while avoiding argument and dispute. In this scene, Mrs Otterton barges in and reminds Chief Bogo that her husband Emmitt has been missing for ten days. Judy tells Mrs. Otterton that she will find her husband. Bogo tells Judy that she has forty-eight hours to find Emmitt, or she will be forced to resign and Judy Hopps accept the deal. This conflict show a worker who want to prove to her boss that she can complete the task given. As a boss, Chief Bogo must trust his worker and convince them to do task better. If the conflict continues, a lot of argument and disunderstanding will occur at workplace.

Second critical incident is attitude and behaviour. It is a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior. In this scene, at press conference Judy said she doesn't know, but it may have something to do with the predators' DNA. It is the word that touch the feeling of his friends Nick who was a fox. She ask an apologizes to Nick because of her bad behaviour. As a friends, Judy should not have uttered words that could offend others. If the conlict continues, Judy will lose her friends and the other will lost faith in Judy.

Last critical incident is being respectful of race. It is feeling or showing deference and respect. This scene show that Judy sees Gideon bullying some sheep and taking their tickets. She confronts him and demands that he give the tickets back, and he responds by clawing her face and pushing her down. Besides, the bully also sneers the idea of Judy Hopps becoming a police officer. This scene show Gideon should not underestimate the other species ability and he also need to respect the others. If the conflict continues, a lot of vandalisme and unrespectful behaviour will occur and give a bad impression for the future.

As a recommendation for the first critical incident, they should listen to each other and discuss about the task that will be given to make sure an argument can be avoided. Second critical incident is Judy should think about what she will speak and she also need to care about the others feeling in order to make sure nobody will offend. Third critical incident is they need to respect each other to make sure all the conflict can be avoid and also do not make fun about others ambition.
