Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a concept at came first time in early 1900. It was consider as a technique of manager in 2000. CSR defines as the process of making society as the better place as by the help of a corporation for community and firm. Corporate Social Responsibly created a better place where the employees have a working life style, which improved social health conditions. As the researcher had conducted the research on the four multinational companies (Walmart, Coca-Cola, Canoa, and Apple) to analysis the effect of the conflicts on the companies CSR policy.

The researcher concluded that these companies already have been involved in the CSR policy. Companies have a dream to keep their positive image in the society, but it is very hard to maintain it.

The Coca-Cola started its operation in 1886 US based company. The company had faced a conflict in India regarding presence of pesticide and Water pollution, which destroyed its Image and sales reputedly not only in India but globally. The company had adopted strategy of hiring the Energy and Recourse Institution (TERI) which concluded that the company using water is free of pesticide in India and more the international standard. After this the company had face an second problem of water pollution which helpless them to change their CSR policies
