The Common Symbols

The common symbols in most of my dreams are chase, a giant, friends, and my family. The first dream and the second dream in my journal show the symbol chase. I think what it means is I am avoiding a situation that is insecure. The symbol giant shows up in my fourth dream. It was a big guy grabbed me and Li. The meaning of it is that I am trying to overcome an overwhelming obstacle, which is the a bunch of assignments that I have to finish in school, and time is also factor that keeps on blocking my way to finish things on time before bed time. Friend symbol appears twice in my dream journal. I think I want to escape the pressures and stresses of my current life. My childhood was so much simpler and carefree. I want to go back to my peaceful time. Family members' symbol also appears twice, which are the third one and the last one of my dream journal. The dream when I saw my grandma gave me a lot of security and love. I have been depending on my grand mom and my Mom most of the time when I was young. I have felt a lot of warmth and love from them. Now, it is time for me to be a little bit more independent. I need them a lot and I really afraid I might lose them.

I have learned a lot about myself while I was doing the dream journal. I need to spend more time with myself, need protection from my family members and friends, worry about my education too much so I need to give myself more time to improve my health. Dreams are mysterious that lead a person to discover more about their identity. I believe everybody has their own secrets that dreams are one of the ways that reveals everything about them. We should continue to analyze them more.
