INTRODUCTION
CHAPTER 1
Introduction
Inventory is both important to microeconomics & macroeconomics. In the business world, inventory holding has its pros and cons. Too much inventory of the supply might cause loss of profits due to wreckage or deterioration while too little may not meet the demands of your customers. Because of this, the researchers saw that studying the effects of inventory control does affect customer satisfaction and the mismanagement of it resulted to the businesses decline. This study is about the effectiveness of the sales inventory supply chain of Chubby Chicken Fairview and H.I.D. Burger and how they manage it. Another purpose of the research is to prove the different techniques and theories in managing the sales inventory supply. The researchers compared it to another fast food because they wanted to understand thoroughly how inventory control affects businesses like this and their real-time challenges.
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Chubby Chicken is a food business that was established late in the year 2011. They started from stalls in bazaars at the NBC Tent and Rockwell tent until the business became successful and they were able to put up a branch at Katipunan near Ateneo De Manila University and Miriam College. The first Restaurant grew quickly and they were able to compete with other food businesses because Chubby Chicken is very pocket-friendly compared to the other restaurants and hangout areas.
