The Ponds Case

We are writing to express our extreme disappointment with our experience with The Ponds thus far. As you are aware, we have had a multitude of problems with our unit to date and it has been completely inconvenient for us to have to deal with these problems. Our most recent experience has probably been the worst. While we were away over the holidays there was a laundry list of items that needed to be fixed (countertops, loose floor boards, and rotting window frame). When we returned home we found our apartment in disarray.
* Our furniture was moved away from the walls, which is not the way we left it. It seems like it would be common courtesy to leave the apartment in the manner in which it was found.
* There was toilet paper left in our toilet meaning that somebody must have used our toilet and not flushed it. Not only is this unsanitary, it is completely rude.
* We found debris from the work that was done all over our carpet. Again, this was not a pleasant finding after returning home.
* The pictures from our wall had been removed and left scattered on our kitchen table. We have no idea why this was done since we were under the assumption that no work was being done to our wall.
Needless to say, this was probably the worst way to come home after our trip. We had to vacuum up the mess, struggle to move our furniture back in place, scrub the toilets, and reorganize our pictures before we could even unpack.
