Traffic jam is one of the major and severe problem of Dhaka city and it is becoming more severe day by day due to rapid increase of private car in proportion to increase of road. A distance which is supposed to take only 15minutes to travel takes more than 1hour in the weekdays. Problems become unbearable in some special occasion like during Ramadan, before hartal etc. As a result there is huge demand among the citizen to relieve themselves from this painful phenomenon. However, it is understandable that resolving the problem of traffic jam in Dhaka city is not possible within a short time. It needs both short-term and long-term strategies. And for that reason government needs to outsource the traffic management.

Our primary target is to deliver our service to the government bodies related to traffic management and city planning. Because there is huge pressure on government to reduce traffic problem, government is in a consistent pressure of managing current gridlock situation and also chalk out plans to reduce traffic jam. However government with limited resource and capabilities can't always perform at a desired level. Many public works are substandard due to corruption, lack of skilled manpower, lack of efficiency, lack of compliance and due diligence etc. As an expert in traffic solution, Traffic Solution will propose various projects to government. If government gives approval and necessary fund, Traffic Solution is capable of doing the task more effectively and efficiently than the government agencies.

Private sector housing and real estate sector is flourishing now a day. Traffic Solution will spotlight on those housing companies and help them to manage traffic system of their satellite towns and suburban areas. During any large events like ICC World Cup that was held few days back, traffic jam around the event venue turns to a horrific situation. That will be a fine scope for us to capture market by giving service of professional traffic supervision during large events.

Many foreign donors and development organizations donate and provide huge amount of fund for development of traffic system every year. Some of which are utilized by government agencies. However a substantial portion of the fund remained unused or used inefficiently by government.

We as a private organization with more strict compliance and due diligence will take this opportunity. We will place our proposals to foreign donors and development partners to seek funds from them to develop and manage traffic systems of Dhaka.

Therefore, from our above analysis, we can discover our potential customers:
