The General Assembly:
Recognizing that the Syrian Civil War has come to its fifth year. Thousands of civilians lost their homeland and had to become refugees;
Pointing out that the conflict between Assad administration and the rebellion kept causing more chaos in that region;
Bearing in mind, Bashar al-Assad’s regime will only bring more deaths and damages to the civilians who are seeking for revolution;
Observing that although this crisis is not an issue in our country, it has become the most urgent conflict that needs to be solved in worldwide. Many terrorist groups emerged during the Syrian Civil War and became gave pressure to almost every country’s security department;
Keep in mind that the civil war in Syria has aggravated into a severe level. Over 2,000 people died and 15,000 people lost their home in the Syrian civil war these years;
1.Urges Security Council to regulate and calls for a meeting with all the major external participants in the conflict to reach a national wide ceasing fire for a long, agreeable period of time, in order to let the civilians decide their futures,
2.Calls for international cooperation to eliminate radical terrorist groups such as ISIL as soon as possible and secure the safety of the civilians in worldwide,
3.Requests the Syrian government take the responsibilities for caring their own civilians and refugees, provide them social welfare instead buying weapons and using finical expenditure on military,
4.Encourages all relegates to send finical aids to the Syrian civilians by distributing the money via NGOs and UN peace keeping troops,
5.Ask the Syrian Government stop using any form and kind of biochemical weapon, which offended the international law.
