Any media formats and plug-ins necessary for the site.
The website will not really have much of media and plug-in but for link to zip folder for downloading important files whiles techs are onsite. This is not a website for corporate image but rather a website designed solely for field tech to have quick access to the resources they need to close calls. Therefore plug-ins will not part of this website for now, although in nearest future it may. Some media files that will be on the website will just be some video tutorial that will provide techs with information on completing a job.
A description of how graphics will be used in the site
Graphics that will be used onsite will be basically pictorial views on hands-on idea that will assist techs do their job. Graphics on the site will be in JPG format and some other universal accepted media format.
A description of the content to be included in the site and how this content will be acquired.
The content of the website will be basically "Tech Tools" and documentations. Technical writing department will champion the cause of putting these documents together. The vendor to whom we buy and service their product will also provide us documentation on their services parts. Adequate copy write protection must be examined and guarantee for all our techs and vendors.
A description of how usability and accessibility are considered in the site design
The site maintenance must be a 24hrs service call. More importantly, techs will access this website with their log in credential and will be logged out after 5minutes on inactivity. The essence of the website is to provide real time help to field tech in doing their job, this is exactly what this website will be used for and information and resources contained on this website must be made available at all times. Web down time must be eliminated or reduced to tolerable level.
