One of the best tourist destinations in Ontario, the Waterview resort is home to some of the most beautiful scenery in Canada. Situated in the Muskoka District of Northern Ontario, tourists can enjoy nature, restaurants, campgrounds, golf courses, and resorts throughout the area. Millions of tourists visit annually and customer's expectations of services are increasingly high. The Waterview snack bar is located within the resort and serves pub-fair lunch, dinner, beverages, and alcohol. It is in service during the summer, from May 1st to September 1st. The snack bar's location is most excellent, priding itself in one of the most spectacular views in the area. It offers outdoor seating on the patio and customers can either order meals at a walk-up window request table service. The snack bar is employed with 6 housekeeping and maintenance staff, 3 customer service associates, 2 line cooks, 4 bartenders, 2 chefs, numerous servers, supervisor, assistant operations manager, and the director of operations and sales. With the large amount of customers, service is expected to meet high expectations to maintain reputation in this competitive environment. The Waterview is continuously building on quality and service for their guests and improvement is an ongoing process with many improvements to make.
The major issue with the Waterview is the communication issue between Rebecca and Michael. Michael's believes that he is not treated fairly in the manner in which he deserved. Although Michael had talked to Boddingtion her inability to fulfill her promise of increasing his wages and get full time work, but the main issue between them till unable to solve. He was thinking to quit this job due to unfair treatment and incomplete wage payment from his manager Boddington.

* Diploma or higher education in Management
* 2 or more years of experience as manager in a reputable work place
* 2 letters of recommendation from past workplaces
Work Environment:
The Muskoka District is located approximately 160 kilometers north of Toronto, Ontario. Staff can chose to live onsite in staff housing, which is provided at a reasonable rate. Staff consists primarily of part-time and seasonal workers, perfect for summer students, with the exception of kitchen staff and housekeeping supervisor.
