Nervousness and distress both produce alike replies to certain dangers. As well, they mutually causes similar indicators, such things like muscle tension, intensified heart rate and shortness of breathe brought about by the body’s “flight-or-fight” instinct. It comes with no big surprise that the word fear and anxiety means the same the thing, but indeed are different from each other. Fear is recognized to reasoning and an intellectual response to an event in which an individual feels that their life is being threatened, associated to the precise manners of escape and avoidance. The source of the hazard is realistic in nature. Take for an example if an individual is pursuing you with weapon, human instinct of fear is to run away! The FEAR OF FAILURE TEST, my performance of anxiety level score was fifty-five meaning that failure rarely controls or only in certain situations. I am individual that gets anxiety in social interaction or social gatherings. The worry of being excluded, not suitable for, or being dissimilar from other individuals causes my anxiety to arise. Worrying is the opposite of faith. The devil attempts over and over to make us fearful in life. In the Bible Luke 21:26, “Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.” Numerous individuals will not overcome of being afraid, but will be ruled by it. Being a Christian, I am not to be fearful of anything, but to trust in Christ. When the devil comes with his bag of fear and lies, I will turn to God and ask Him to eliminate the fear from me. Individuals worry or just fear different things in life such as death, having cancer, losing a love one, having their home burn down, or being in a automobile crash. Fear is a monster that comes in many forms that torment us; by seeking God to remove all of our worries, we should cite the Word of God concerning the devil’s plan. “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2Timothy 1:7). Christ has a strategy of defense and delivery for all of His devoted Christians. In the physical world that we live in the more remote we are the harder it is hard for them to hear you. It is the same attitude that relates to the spirit world. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7).
