"Everything negative- pressure, challenges- is all an opportunity for me to rise."- Kobe Bryant. Although I have never met him myself, Kobe Bryant has majorly impacted my life. The reason he has impacted my life is because his work ethic, his wisdom, and his perseverance. All those things have changed the way I have looked at things.

Kobe Bryant's work ethic is one of the many things that have impacted my life. When I watch him play he's like no other person out there on the court. Even when he is no playing he is always doing something too make himself a better athlete, and a better human being. He inspires me to do the best I can I everything I do. "I've always been comfortable as a kid growing up to think that when my career is over, I want them to think of me as an overachiever despite the talent that I have. To think of me as a person that's overachieved, that would mean a lot to me. That means I put a lot of work in and squeezed every ounce of juice out of this orange that I could."

Kobe Bryant's wisdom is very obvious because he always knows what to say and do. For instance he always gives great advice to young athletes. He tells them what they need to do to make them better, things to make them smarter, and things to do to make them all around better people in society. " It doesn't bother me at all. Do I hold any hard feelings? Not at all. Life is too short to sit around and hold grudges. I don't hold any whatsoever."

The last thing that he has done that has impacted my life is his perseverance. He wants too be the best he can be, and we would do anything to make him the best. That's what drives him to be the best. I look up too him and see a man that would do anything to make him a better athlete, and a better man. His will to fight through pain, through blood, sweat, and pain is incredible. "You always have to be on edge. You always have to take every practice, every game, like it is your last."

All in all, Kobe Bryant has left a lasting impression on me that has made me a better person, and a better athlete. He is a truly inspiring person in my eyes.
