Animal abuse has become a terrible problem in our country. It has spread throughout the United States as our citizens have become depraved and sadistic. The acts of pitting two or more animals against each other or against a human, has been a practice since the gladiatorial games in the coliseum of Rome. People believe those animals are just animals. Nothing could be further from the truth, as Sararnzokie Evelyn says, "Animals experience pleasure and pain and should not be made to suffer as the instruments of human satisfaction". Animals have feelings too.

Research has stated that those who abuse animal have a past of torture themselves. Sixteen thousand dogs are being killed each year and the only thing changing is that amount of number of dogs being killed. This is becoming and growing to be a problem in each and every state in the United States and fear that without the help of good citizens the growth of the sport is not going to slow anytime soon. An even more major issue is abuse going in companies. Without audio footage there would be no proof. Those horses suffered went through all that pain for no reason. They did no harm to nobody and the sad thing about it is people want those who did that to them off the hook. The United States has failed to protect animals from cruelty, sexual assult, and neglect.
