1.0 Executive Summary

Jun Racing Technology (JRT), a small automotive racing parts organization located in Petaling Jaya. We are small organization, providing efficient customer service and exclusive race tuning. Jun Racing Technology aimed to become the leading “garage” for entry-level and rookie racing parts.

Market
JRT will be involved in a competitive, expanding market. Auto-sports has underwent a remarkable growth in Malaysia in the last few years and the market is valued at over billions of Ringgit. Our survey shows that there are more people competing in auto-sports events and some tuning their car without participating in racing competition. Media coverage for auto-ports has also increased gradually and Petaling Jaya is very populated, making JRT's location very strategic.

Organization
Jun Racing Technology’s philosophy is based on the belief that retaining satisfied customers is crucial to the overall economic growth of our organization. Thus, JRT will be sweating hard to achieve and exceed our customers’ expectations. Nonetheless, we are to establish a presence within the local racing community, we will strive be a determined member of the local racing scene through consistent participation and providing sponsorship.

Products, Services, and Distribution
JRT will be serving the local community via our in-house “garage” and offering a cost effective catalogue with online order service. JRT offers engine of any category (V6/ V8/ V10/ V12) and lightweight aerodynamic chassis to body parts for extensive variety of race-bred cars. There will be safety and set up equipment standby when needed. Most of the premium brands will be offered and present in our garage. JRT will offer professional services for track-based race cars.

Financials
According to our financial margin forecast on profit and loss with creditable accuracy, Jun Racing Technology will be earning right out from our birth month. There will be remarkable sales on the first year with a convincing growth rate for the next half decade.

Jun Racing Technology is an organization that has a customer-centric marketing strategy. Investing in our organization is a reasonable risk that promises favorable high return rate as auto-sports is becoming more and more popular in Malaysia. For people that are unenthusiastic with the industry, car tuning can be self-expressive in its term.

1.1 Objectives

  1. To lift Jun Racing Technology to an unparalleled level and the ultimate choice of stop for the acquisition of entry-level/ rookie racing supplies in Petaling Jaya.
  2. To attain an average primary gross profit margin as planned, increasing it by at least 1% annually to reach our final target.
  3. To sell a vast amount of products and services in the first year to maintain financial stability.
  4. To maintain a strong and steady growth rate annually for the first half decade.

1.2 Mission

Our mission is plain and simple, we are devoted to supply various premium quality racing parts, products and services to meet the needs with reasonable pricing. We intent to create, maintain and nurture a profitable relationships with our customers, employees, and our suppliers whom show interests and play important roles that put efforts to grow the industry.

Ensuring the consistency of stocks and supply what the consumer needs and wants, survey the industry and review new products as soon as it hits marketplace. Improvise and improve current products, offer new products and services gradually. We aim to please our customers by having their beliefs in us to delivery and exceed their perceived expectations of wide variety of quality products, services and prices.

1.3 Success Determinants

There is no shortcut in this business, in order to succeed, we must actively attend events and functions organized in local race tracks, regional as well as nationwide auto-sports shows to gain presence within the community.

We are keen to deliver our products in the most efficient and effective ways possible and focus on “customer concept” marketing management orientation. In which we integrate one-to-one value chain to focus on individual customer needs and wants to capture customer share, loyalty and customer equity (lifetime value).
