[pic 6] | Our S.K. Fitness Centre is mainly for the teachers and students of Tianjin university of science and technology. Because many college students for their own physical quality requirements are very high, they like sports, like fitness. However, there is no good place to provide them near our school. So we specially open a fitness center in the school. It’s not only convenient, good environment, and the price is very cheap. |

We decorated in modern style, is the coolest and most fashionable fitness center. Our target customers are our TUST students & teachers. So we just occupier a small market or a niche in this market |

[pic 8] | Our company is a partnership, there are two parts to investment and joint management. Our fitness center belong to service industry. Because it’s a new started industry, so we are guaranteed to be brand new configuration. All equipment in our fitness center is new, not leasing. Our fitness center won many license, including schools, industrial and commercial bureau, the local government, etc. |

School is not very large space, but in order to find the most suitable place for campus student fitness, we will try our best to set our location in the school. New canteen fourth floors have the enough space and not be used now. So after consultation with the dining room property company, we are provided to the fitness center in the most conducive to our campus. After all, first to third floor are the dining room, so we need a big improvement of office, so that it fits into the use of the fitness center. The air circulation, the use of water and electricity in particular. |

We really pay attention to the improvement of internal environment. Our internal in addition to the new gym fitness equipment, clean the classroom in class, and provide hot water bath center 24 hours a day. In addition, we have dedicated to provide leisure center, the recreation center with all kinds of healthy food and drink, for the needs of customers after fitness. Our gym internal configuration is complete. Our overall environment with a simple clean, modern primarily. With such internal environment to attract more young people's attention. |

We are going to at this time been operational for a period of time, if it ok, we will be identified as a formal business hours. |

Within a certain range of our competitiveness is very small, because no similar indoor fitness environment near the school.
