Summary
"PathMotion," is a tool that enables user to discover and understand more about their strengths and personal capabilities that will guide them into the most fit career paths. The tool is a survey based assessment that usually takes about ten to fifteen minutes.
After completing the survey, the first result displayed was my personal career strengths. My basic strengths in career, I'm a good organizer and manage my time and effectively both short and long-term. I'm also a descriptive person meaning, I can communicate ideas clearly and able to present them effectively. In addition, I'm also a person that focuses on the results and outcomes of my work and enjoy what I have accomplished. Lastly, I'm also a decisive person and able to identify pros and cons of any choice that comes to me.
The second part of my result highlights my top career aspirations. The tool recommended that my personal attributes will best fit in commercial field, where I can excel in profit-driven workplace. I'm also interested in jobs that is able to provide me a high standard of living based on my survey results, which is fairly accurate. Mostly important, the assessment provided my about job recognition, and it means that I want to be respected and recognized with the work I do and would like to make the big decisions in the workplace.
The self-assessment results were fairly accurate and some of the attributes turn out to be fairly accurate and some which I did not notice that I have it in me. Overall, I think that I can definitely use these results when searching for a job and use it as a guide in my future career options.

Career Biography - Jiang Wang
My name is Jiang Wang. I am a current student San Francisco State University majoring in International Business. The business concentration has provided a lot of valuable insights for my future career and educated me with business concepts that are the basic foundation of any business positions. Through the passing of the semester and materials covered in all my classes, I'm now more confident on the career path that I want to follow after graduation.
Now, moving ten years ahead, somewhere in 2021, I would like to be working for a prestigious company such as Apple, Facebook, Cisco, in the marketing department, preferably the market manager. My duties depending on the business can include things such as researching opportunities outside the company for customers, have a solid knowledge about consumer behaviors, developing and implementing marketing strategy for the business, and etc. I would like to make an annual salary from $58,000 - $75,000.
