Following Fiorina's termination, Dunn was prosecuted for leaking information by using pretext. She basically was using spy techniques to disclose private information to journalists. Dunn argued that all actions she took were legal. However, she was charged with conspiracy, fraud, identity, and theft charges. To some people, this scandal gave Hp a bad reputation.

The way we acted out the skit for Hp, focused more on the development of Hp, the hiring of Fiorina as CEO, and the termination of Fiorina. Even though Fiorina was devastated about her termination, she left Hp with a pension and bonus that anyone would be happy to have. Fiorina got hired for the positions for all the wrong reasons. She wanted to be a tyrant over Hp, which many disagreed with. The Hp board of directors eventually fired Fiorina because they noticed how she was not keeping her shareholders' best interests in mind when making drastic business decisions. Fiorina is a example of how CEOs should be careful on how they use their power and how they should get the board members on her side instead of against her. Fiorina thought she had ultimate power, but unfortunately she was wrong and the board overthrew her as CEO. The part we did not act out in our skit was the last part about Dunn being trailed for leaking information of Hp inside stories. This was a far more complex part that required another female actor and more time. This last scene alone could have been a story in itself.
