to change the world you first need to change yourself. Whatever big we see, was started first as a small thing, which later grew up into a big thing because of the care and attention that was given to it.

Before we build up a relationship or try to bring out any changes outside us, first thing we have to do is to have a proper understanding of ourselves. Observing ourself in close proximity will point out our deficiency or our strength. When we work out on our deficiency and build up on our strength we start gaining confidence on ourselves.

When we gain confidence on ourselves our words, walk, talk, behaviour etc all changes and gives a positive look. Now this positive look will start changing the whole relationship slowly, from better to best and we will start shining like a diamond which shines brightly when polished. Our way of looking at things or situation or surroundings we are in also changes completely.

Hence it is rightly said that "You change and the whole world changes".One person can make a difference in someone else's life. I have

had, in my life, many people that have made a huge difference. If someone

changes your entire life or your outlook on it, your can definitely testify to

the power of one. I think someone that can reach out to just one person's life

is just as important as someone who can change the lives of millions.

One last thing I think is important to note is that, in recognizing the

power of one person to make a difference, we must also note the contributions of

others to help put that person where they are. A further explanation of this

would be to go back to our other scenario. When, in the last inning, someone

hits a game-winning grand slam homerun, that person is very important. However

it is also important to give credit to those on base or to his coaches who

taught him how to hit. We need to give credit to those that made a difference

in his life.
