* Planned, organized, and directed nursing care of the patients; develops and/or oversees development of short and long term goals of the patients; monitors patient outcomes and under the direction of the physician takes actions to ensure Standards of Care are met. Managed the financial operation of the care center to meet target budgetary indicators and net earnings per patient to include: cost of goods, treatments per patient and FTE costs (i.e. labor costs per treatment, supply costs per treatment, missed treatments and employee turnover). Patient scheduling and ensured adequate staff scheduling; facilitates monthly interdisciplinary care plan meetings and care center QA/CQI process. Ensured care center complies with all RAI policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations including OSHA, CMS, AAMI, HIPPA; ensures medical records are complete and care center is survey ready at all times. Recruited and selected great employees; oversees job specific training and mentoring programs, performance management, rewards and recognition and in-service meetings. Ensured that all patients and employees are in a safe and healthy environment; ensured the safe and sanitary operation of all equipment in the center; and responsible for risk management.
