Csr Management

Actually I didn't know about CSR until our group started to do group assignment. We started to find and search definition of CSR, various kind of CSR, effect of CSR and so on. Before we find information about CSR, I thought that CSR is just donation or scholarship. However, my view about CSR was changed after investigation about CSR. CSR is very huge and enormous than what I thought. I thought that CSR is an idea in organizations or businesses. However, CSR is just tool for businesses, which means that CSR can help organization; for example, CSR can make organization to be more sustainability and can enhance companies even it can be a tool for reputation of the corporate organization. In other words, CSR can make positive effects on businesses. Before I investigate about CSR, I thought that CSR is more benefit to customer than company. But, in my opinion, CSR is more benefit to businesses. CSR can make more profit, good image of organization or loyalty market through diverse kind of CSR; for example, anti-animal testing, using of green energy or charity for poor people. Moreover, there are not corporate organization which operates alone because businesses have lots of relationship with a lot of community such as employees, customers, supplier, stakeholders and investor. And managing and organizing this kind of relationship to make positive trend on organization and society is CSR, while the companies are making money. Therefore, CSR is essential in corporate organization to manage the relationships and to do business well. Most of people believe that only big organization can manage CSR not small corporate organization. But not only huge business organizations but also small organizations use CSR for themselves to make good reputation, increase profit or make loyalty customer. In conclusion, not only enormous companies but also small business organizations manage CSR to make positive effect in profit, reputation or loyalty market. To be honest, I didn't know all of what I write before I investigate information about CSR even I didn't know definition about CSR. But this assignment gives me good chance. With this assignment, I could enhance my view about organizing business and how to get more profit or good reputation. This group assignment gives me not only academic knowledge but also the method which can work with other persons. Actually, I didn't know how to participate group assignment with my group in first semester. At that time, I didn't know how to attend into group assignment and I was quite shy. As a result, I couldn't do group assignment with my group well. But, through this assignment, I learned how to do group assignment harmoniously with my group member and how to discuss effectively with member.
