In this paper we will discuss the process of business research and its importance. Before talking about the process of business research, we have to know the definition. Business research is the process in which is received, analyzed, planned and used data and information to help us make better decisions and see better results within an organization or company.
The business research process consists of seven steps, these are: clarifying the research questions, research proposal, strategy research design, data collection and preparation, data analysis and interpretation, research reporting and management decision. Each of these steps are extremely important to achieve the goal of the investigation. It is not necessary to follow step by step this process, but to run less risk is recommended to use this seven steps.
The first step (clarifying the research questions) is extremely important because it is the engine of the research, this doubt, this concern that motivates us to achieve a goal within the business. These questions should be clear and specific, while more specific it is, the better results we get.
