The first website I like is Chase.com which is really customer focused. The website has changed over the last couple of years. It is more interactive for the customer looking for credit card and the benefits of each card. It allows the customer to compare and pick the best card for them. The old website would only allow the customer to find and apply for a credit card and give very limited information about the credit card. The new updated site will allow the customer to see the card and give the benefit for the card and also compare cards and benefits, so the customer can see which the best card is. For example if I wanted to apply for a Disney credit card and a southwest airline credit card, I could compare them side by side to see what each card offer and its benefits.
The website also offer Related Links for checking and saving accounts, Home mortgages, auto loans, home equity lines, CD's, student loans and planning and Investment as well. The websites also offer a guide to help the customer pick the right checking account and offer help to home owner as well as information in regards to FDIC insurance on your Chase deposit accounts. It gives the customer the chance to look thru and read and make a good choice. The website also offers a Resources link to a security center so you can report fraud and email scams as well as privacy notice. The website has made major changes that are geared toward the customer .The website is easy to find and easy to walk thru even if the customer does not have a lot of computer knowledge they won't have a hard time finding what they want and be able to apply and get the product they want. Think the only thing that is missing from the since is to be able to contact a person while they are looking for the product they may want, if the site offer a chat with a representative live option it would be a complete and better website
The next website I like is Comcast.com; the website has update for the better. The old site was not customer focus at all, it was a very basic site where you could go and order products and pay your bill. Which was ok in the beginning but now with all the changes the site is much better. Now a customer is able to see all new product and bundles or deals offer, and program changes. The site allows customer to watch TV shows online, maintain their accounts.
For example I was able to sign onto the website and talk to a representative live about my account and how my phone stopped working. I was able to set up a service call and get a credit on my account and I did not have to call in. The site offers the interactive chat which is very customer focus and help to save time and phone volume. The site offer so many options for customer like for example you can pay your bill, check your email, see what on TV, Comcast alerts, and signature support. The customer can also see what the competition is offering and what they will get from Comcast
