The report is based on investigations conducted by Easy Solutions Consultancy for Gamescorp PLC. The investigations take into consideration all the factors mentioned in the literature review and critically analyses the scope of expansion of United Kingdom (hereafter UK) based successful gaming company, Gamescorp PLC in International markets of France, Germany and Italy. Easy Solutions has completely analyzed and compared all the three countries with UK.
Based on PEST analysis and Hofstede model of comparison, Easy Solutions has come up with a Complete Expansion Schedule. All the three countries have some areas which are not similar to UK. France also has low masculinity level which means the people are more focused on themselves and also the higher level managers have more power than lower level employees. And France has very high power distance which is accepted by the people so we can introduce tall hierarchical structure where the power is distributed. While Italy has low indulgence specially the southern part of the country but it won’t make much difference as target city Milan is in the northern part of Italy, which is more industrial and has a different thinking. And all the three countries have high uncertainty level in comparison with UK which can be reduced by training, mentoring and introducing knowledge sharing system. Though there are differences in the countries the framework will be the same for all the countries but there will be slight change in strategies which will help Gamescorp in handling European and international employment relations, human resource planning, recruitment and selection of employees in all the countries, legal systems and industrial relations laws, rewards system for employees, training and development of employees so that it can support their expansion to trade abroad. The expansion is categorized into three different stages i.e. Short-term goal, Mid-term goal and Long-term goal. The short-term goal emphasizes on initially establishing three departments in Paris, Berlin and France and recruiting and training employees for the stores. Mid-term goal is to establish a European HR department headquarters in Paris and the Long-term goal is to establish a good brand name across Europe and other countries apart from Europe and open a chain of stores that guarantees same quality of services and products all across its stores.
Easy Solutions has worked out a framework and various strategies for successful expansion of business. Easy Solutions recommends that Gamescorp PLC should primarily have a Geocentric approach where the Senior Managers and the HR specialist should be UK expatriates going for a short period of time of less than one year to target countries and recruit and train local employees for the posts of store manager and other staff and setup stores in all the three cities. After period of a year Polycentric approach can be adopted and local senior managers and HR managers can be recruited. Also European HR department can be established in Paris as the geographical location is more prominent than the other two cities and the wages of the employees are also less as compared to other countries. After successfully establishing HR headquarters in Paris Gamescorp can expand their business in other countries.

Recruitment, Training and Selection Method for HR Manager:
The HR manager is responsible for going to the target countries and establishing the stores, as well as he or she is responsible for hiring store managers and other staff which will work in stores. The HR Manager also has to organize and train the newly recruited staff and the store managers so that they can meet the company standards and get to know about the work system in Gamescorp. The HR Manager has to design and supervise the inductions and trainings of newly appointed staffs in all the three stores. And after the primary goal of setting up three stores in France, Milan and Berlin he has to establish a European headquarters of Gamescorp in France. The task of HR Manager is very difficult and needs a very able candidate with a good work experience and who is willing to work on this project for a long period of time.
