Life is ameliorated through improvements that are made on the human body's basic functions, enabling us to improve our health and well-being. This is achieved through numerous exercises and their effect is vast. This will be seen through an analysis of the effect of training/exercise on the psychological state of an individual, by the production of endorphins and other aspect. It also enables the heart and the skeletal system to function at a higher and efficient way.

Being responsible for circulating blood, nutrients, oxygen and wastes products throughout the body, the heart is greatly affected by regular exercise. This will be examine by looking at the changes that take place in the heart, the circulatory system and the on the blood pressure. Firstly, when an individual trains, blood flow is reduced toward major organs, except the brain and the heart. And is redistributed towards working muscles and skin. Our blood vessels, have the ability to control the amount of blood flown throughout the body, by constricting or dilating themselves. When training, our blood vessels dilate and higher amounts of blood is distributed to the body. The dilation of blood vessels and the release of of hormones are responsible for constricting inoperative tissues so that ore blood can be circulated towards working muscles. This is the result of continuous exercise, leading to a more efficient redistribution of blood. Exercising to the body's maximum ability, increases the number of capillaries and makes blood flow smoother due to the blood becoming thinner ( L. Otis, page 3). Active individual's blood vessels have a higher elasticity, allowing more blood to flow smoothly and keeping their blood pressure normal. Studies have shown that stationary individuals have a 35% higher chance to obtain high blood pressure. " In one study, moderate exercise ( jogging 2 miles a day) controlled high blood pressure so well that more than half the patients who had been taking drugs for the condition were able to discontinue their medication" ( Patient Education). This shows how by conducting a moderate level of aerobic, people can avoid high blood pressure and look forward to a healthy life, benefiting them in both long and short-terms. By exercising regularly, people can save themselves from obtaining high blood pressure in the first place, and even those who have it, can control it very effectively. Healthy people's hearth also have an increase stroke volume during exercise and a smaller heart rate due to the heart's ability to pump more blood through a smaller number of contraction per minute. Overtime, its size increases because the heart itself is a muscle and by exercising, the heart's size also increases; especially the left ventricle because it s responsible for pumping blood from the heart to the body's various muscles ( L. Otis page 2). Having a bigger heart, only benefits people, because it allows the heart to pump more blood, using less strokes. Training will improve the amount of blood that the heart pumps into our body and how much is pumped. A healthy heart, will give rise to a healthier life and much more happiness in ones life and eventually in his surroundings.

When thinking about the aftermath of training, the effect of exercise on the skeletal system is greatly overlooked because it's not seen as a major organ; participating in the overall positive result of training. The skeleton system is composed of bones, ligaments and tendons. Ligaments are tough bands of connective tissue that connects two or more bone together. Tendons on the other hand, are flexible cord of large white fibrous protein, called collagen, who joins muscles to bones (----------). First of all, by the conduction of regular exercise, the efficiency of the joint's synovial fluid stays constant, resulting in a constant and well-established mobility.
