Mr. Eslabra's Choice
Mr. Eslabra is not yet a regular Loans and Accounting Department (LAD) employee of The Real Bank. His supervisor, has many bad issues from the other co-workers of the department so all of them are not getting close to her yet he have to deal with her. He is somehow responsible to eat lunch with her, spend the break time with her and go home with her. But because of this, he cannot meddle with his other colleagues. And there are times that he is being wrongly judged same as his supervisor because his supervisor is making her own rules in the office for the fact that she is a close friend of the department head. She would have a long break time than the others and stay over time even though she is not doing anything and she meddles with other people's lives and sometimes make rumors about them. So, many are not in good terms with her and talking bad things about her behind her back. And also, due to this, his work is affected too. What would Mr. Eslabra do in this situation?
I. Problem (Point of View)
* In Mr. Eslabra's point of view, the problem is, if he would continue to accompany his supervisor in her unethical attitude towards their other colleagues and work or put his position to risk by refusing her and make a good impression on his other colleagues who say bad things in his supervisor's back.
II. Areas to Consider
* Mr. Eslabra's position in the office which is not yet a regular employee.
* The attitude of his supervisor to everyone and to work.
* He cannot refuse from his supervisor.
* How he is wrongly judged by his colleagues.
* His relationship with other employees.
* The way he do his work to be regular.
III. Alternative Courses of Action
* He could tell his supervisor in a very nice way, since they are very close, that what she's doing is not good.
* He could be neutral between his colleagues and his supervisor. He just has to do his job and stay quiet.
* He can distance his self from his supervisor little by little so that he can do his job and make friends with his colleagues.
* Refusing her supervisor sometimes in other things that would affect his work and make friends with his colleagues but he would not join when they start criticizing his supervisor.

* I would recommend that he refuses his supervisor sometimes, especially when it will affect his job in a bad way and make friends with his colleagues to
