Fitness GYM
Essentially however, the idea of a gene gym comes from the fact that the environment, and even the cells themselves, are all like gyms - they select the fit, from the unfit. Genes are the units of DNA that encode proteins, and it is proteins that are the building blocks of cells, and that conduct many of the operations needed to keep a cell alive.
I take bacteria that are absolutely identical, and then I change a single gene in one of them, just one gene from DNA that encodes thousands of genes. The particualr gene that I change, or actually add, to the DNA is a gene that makes the bacteria resistant to antibiotics - so it doesn't die when given antibiotic medicine.
I then take the bacteria with an additional gene, and put it into a race with the original bacteria that doesn't have the extra gene. The race is to see who grows best. As the only difference between the bacteria is a single gene, I'm really testing the fitness of the actual gene itself, and the 'gym' that I'm using is actually the cell that contains the cell, and the soupy broth that I grow the cells in.

What does the GYM mean to you?
When you go to the gym is it just another place? Go in work out and leave. No talk no thinking just training? Why do you go? What do want from the gym? What are you giving the gym?
When I walk into the gym it's like walking into my daily journal yet I may not always write my workout down or keep track but I remember what I did for the most part and reflect. I know what I need I do to accomplish my goal. The gym is so much more then a place. It is a stress reliever to some, a love to some, a place to relax, some where to see friends and spen time with them. There is so much more to the "gym" then people think
Some say we are obsessed for the things we do, for spending so much time there. But when you can personally change your health why wouldn't you fight for that?
This is what the gym has become for me. I don't go to the gym with anyone but I consider myself as my partner. I think to myself and as a result create my own. I think its important to discover what the gym means to YOU. You would be amazed how much more it means to you then you think. So what does it mean for you?
What does the gym mean to you? To some people its simply a place to workout. They go there, do their thing and leave. No questions asked. To me its become more then this. The gym is my journal. I may not write things down but I recap everything that's happened that day or maybe the previous. This is what I think about in between my sets. When looking back no matter what emotion you may have experienced that day, you can always channel it to fuel your next set. When you do this you often find the same question you ask yourself over and over again. What are you doing here and why? I think its important to ask this because believe it or not your answer may change more frequent then you think. It's quite silly to work towards something when you don't know what you want to accomplish. Once you figure this out then the inevitable happens... You look at what weight ur about to use and you can't help but ask urself how bad do you want to accomplish it? I like the fact you can ask a question and measure its answer right there. When you see your face red and your veins pop out... that is my answer.
At one point in everyone's life the gym was a hassle. Whether it was time restraints or a motivation problem you saw the gym as a chore. It really shouldn't be this way. I'm passed that point and I look forward to going at the soonest possible time each day. None of the negative things in life can effect you in the gym. When you enter the gym you leave all those feelings at the door. If they do arise, like I said, you can utilize them to fuel your desires. The next hour or 2 is your time to escape reality and focus on something you love. It feels great to vent the stresses of life. It feels even better knowing you'll have the oppurtunity to do so.
This is what the gym has become for me. I don't go to the gym with anyone but I consider myself as my partner. I think to myself and as a result create my own motivation. Recently when I was thinking to myself I asked myself what am I doing here. I finished my workout and on the way home I put a lot of thought into it. That's why I wrote this. I think its important to discover what the gym means to YOU. You would be amazed how much more it means to you then you think.
A beautiful body gives a good condition to people. A worked body proves discipline and will, that is formed as a result of persistent training, and especially inspires health and the desire for life. A fitness gym invites you to spend some time in the pool and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere of a club, where courtesy and professionalism, the quality of services offered, and affordable prices, makes a fitness gym a perfect choice.
Disadvantages of working out a gym
The attention towards personal health and exercises seems to have taken a back seat among today's working professionals. Cases of disorders like 'obesity' and "hypertension" are becoming very common. Due to this, more and more people are paying to join gyms to work out regularly. However, as beneficial it might be, working out in a gym has its own set of drawbacks.
Where is the privacy?
Gym goers have always had this complaint about the lack of personal space. Gyms are always crowded, and those who like to work out in peace and silence, crave for privacy. It is not just the noise; unwanted suggestions, prying eyes and even unavailability of gym equipment due to the large crowd are all related issues. For example,
