We are currently launching this facility in biggest metropolitan city of Pakistan Karachi only.

Order placement
Foodpanda will add catering service to its current website and app. customer interested in getting catering service will choose the option and select from caterers and restaurants and place order; Mentioning their location, order size, restaurant, or caterer then food panda will confirm order by calling customer.
Customer can order their food at any time but their order will be forwarded to supplier after its operating hours. Their opening time will be mentioned on the website so customer can see it while ordering. Customers can visit and compare menus of different caterers and restaurants at any time.
Payment method
For big orders customer will pay 30% amount in advance through debit or credit cards or bank transaction after getting initial amount foodpanda will pass the order to caterer or restaurant who himself will deliver the order and incase restaurant don’t have its own delivery service foodpanda will deliver the order. Customer will then pay rest of the amount and delivery charges.

Refunds
In case customer wants its order cancelled they have to inform at least 4 hours before the delivery time. Their advance amount will be credited in their accounts after 30 minutes of cancellation.
Quality control
Foodpanda will make sure their clients get best quality and quantity of food at reasonable price. On accurate time and for that food panda will make partnerships with only best caterers and restaurants only.
Memberships
Members who order frequently through foodpanda will get credit points that can be availed to save delivery charges and get discounts on meals and discount vouchers.
