1. *** Found asleep several times on 8TH Floor of Ed 2 in the corner & he used the Ed 2 Library Computers a lot

2. *** Art Rogers , Josh Hickey, and me ? were in parking lot talking, chief pulls in, less than 2 minutes later Lt comes out, does not say a word, just listens, then goes back in to the chief??? Chief paranoid

3. 1. Wrote me a file note for A) not calling a detective, & B) Not writing a supplemental report on (recovered stolen vehicle.)** I was accountable????

4. 2 File Note for not making sure Sgt. Larkan wrote a report on alarm at Dorm

5. I was in charge and accountable!!!!!

6. 3. Gave "oral" warning on not correcting Larkan's report quickly enough.

7. (even Though no major errors) "Do you like your job?"

8. 4. But Yet he did not make sure Crowder thoroughly checked out the equipment yard (out only 2 minutes) HE WAS ACCOUNTABLE

9. ( Stolen Truck, copper, and a cut lock on gate & Storage bin)

10. A) did not call out a detective,

11. B) did not call out the owners of the yard

12. C) did not make sure Crowder made a report,

13. D) He did not go to the scene, and

14. E) did not have Crowder/Neely completely check the yard for further thefts.

15. and yet...HE WAS ACCOUNTABLE !!! Did he get written up ???

16. 5. Using SGT GREEN to ""tighten up"" on shift, why did he not do it sooner, why now!!

17. 6. Short tempered, riding officers for "minor" infractions numerous FILE Notes, (Preemptive strike)

18. 7. Blew up on Me (three times,)

19. A. Chain of Command... on possible transfer to evenings last April,

20. B. not correcting report on Larkan Do you like your job, If you cannot do it, step down to a Patrolman

21. C. do I not know how to make out a schedule?

22. D. Blew up on Oswald... early pick ups , But apologized later on Oswald ......

23. E. started to blow up on Greene, but stopped

24. 8. Gun Shy , stop things before they happen, overcompensates ----- preemptive strike?

25. ** when the chief arrived at work and saw us, Rogers, Hickey, me in the parking lot, just a minute later, He came out, and did not say a word, then walked back inside.? the Chief's spy??

26. 9. Took off Fathers Day 2006 causing our days off to be changed!!!!!!!!

27. 10. But lets not say anything about Sgt Greene's Reports, it is too embarrassing!

32. 14 File Note for not taking report on Mr. McCree (left his lap top in Short Stay) He left it Friday at 8:30 PM, and did not call it in until Sunday morning at 1:30 AM

33. 15. WRITTEN WARNING FOR NOT CHEKING WORKSHEETS, JOHNSTON TOO MANY PATROL DUTIES (83) ( Now no merit raise on Anniversary August 2, 2008)

34. 16.. Officer complaint (Rawls) I called him, but he did not call the Major/Chief Accountable

35. 17 Arrest of guy in construction area, no photos...no detective...no call Major. Accountable

36. 18 Warned me for not calling a detective...photos at Stadium for broken car windows.

37. 19 does not like me to put things on board

38. 20 Immediate Termination or turning in a report with not all the details & No arrest report block *Julian)

39. ### does not like Sgt Howard, blames him for his buddy's firing, (Sgt Banks,) what will he do???

40. 21 If we take care of the little things, the BIG things will take care of themselves.

41. If the small stuff is taken care off, then we will have no trouble with the big things.

42. 22. If he is having trouble with his wife/and or daughter, look out, he is very short/bad tempered!!!

44. Being forced into Retirement December 31st,, What did he do..or NOT do. Where is he going to go?

1. has carpel tunnel syndrome, but yet never misses opportunity to write lengthy emails/file notes

2. "I am sending a short email" , (only 2) full pages... single spaced pages)

3. nasty email for taking over cars early, (Dobbs) but not even one line for an apology

4. when shift short, emails chief (crybaby) until she gets a full crew

5. rewrites the shift duties weekly/monthly

6. over detailing notes to shift, leaving nothing not
