HOTEL GUAM

THE DIVERSICATION OF THE BUSINESS

The hotel Guam has a lot going for it already and we plan to capitalize on it. We are located in a tropical climate that has duty free shopping. There are already Americans in Guam we need to market to them and make sure our employees can speak proper Americanized English. We also know that we have many Japanese guests at the hotel and some Koreans. There will also be native speaker of these languages. There will be a modernizing of the lobby along with the website. We will continue to have the Japanese girls work for us and train them to be friendly and professional at the same time. The website will be easy to use and navigate with a YouTube link on it with interviews and reviews from actual guests, and show them actually interacting and having fun at the hotel.

The lobby will have a small check in desk and a seating area. We will rent out the extra room from the gym and pool to a 711, coffee shop, sandwich deli, and a bank. This will expediently increase revenue. The hallways on each floor will be painted with advertisements from Asian and American companies. We will dedicate one floor per company. An example would be a mattress company, fast food, electronics company, etc. Each room instead of having pictures on the wall will have advertisements. There will be take out menus and advertisements of restaurants. There will be no TVs in the rooms only in the lobby. This will encourage people to go downstairs and sit in the coffee house to watch TV and use the free Wi-Fi.
