You must be prepared to talk about your strengths. Many candidates don’t do it well, so there is an opportunity for you to stand out from the crowd, if you can speak about your strengths in an authentic and compelling way. Some people think this is an easy question. This question is basically a prompt for you to brag and ‘’ sell’’ yourself as the best fit for the job. Brainstorm make a list of all your top strengths. Jot down everything that comes to mind. Experience with certain software or type of task. Don’t be too humble. To get the job, you have to show you would bring more to the position. Be prepared to demonstrate. Try to read your resume with fresh eyes. Critical thinking will help you improve your resumes. Think outside the box. Job seekers look for people that can think Critical. Once you get everything together, you should just be yourself. Stand out more for the job seeker. We all get confuse at the questions, only because we are nerves or too excited. Smile when you are talking to the job seeker. They look for you to smile. That lets them know you are friendly. Picture yourself interviewing someone. You want let no one that don’t smile or critical think. Get hired to work at your company. The person that will be right for the job will meet all the requirements. You want to hire someone that is dependable and always on time, also has a positive attitude
