When you think about Human Resource and Traditional Training, and how the information is transmitted and what information is transmitted, include but not limited to on the job training, simulations, case studies, business games, role plays, behavior modeling. On the job training refers to new or inexperienced employees learning thru observing peers or managers performing the job and trying to imitate their jobs. OJT includes; Apprenticeships, self-direct learning programs, and there are also work study training methods with both on the job training, and classroom training.

A simulation represents a real situation and some of the results are production and process skills, and management and interpersonal skills. Case studies show that how an employee or organization will deal with a difficult situation and when you think about it, trainees are required to analyze and critique actions taken. But if you think about it the lecture methods at times will have their disadvantage, which is that lectures tend to lack participant involvement from the employees, feedback, and meaningful connections, but all training methods do have advantages and disadvantages. When you do the hands on training, there has to be a more involved class or employees which can at times be fun for all.

Taking the time to get to know your employees and their
