These are more like volunteers that works for certain disasters and they do work for the Red Cross. But still they are RN's and they have certain restrictions that may be place with one on that assignment and they have to go off this. This is all depends on the conditions and/or the disasters. But also they ensure the safety of the workforce and all the news clients they have their and they work with.

But see they also have to make sure if their client needs like blood they have that to. So they also keep an eye on the blood they have and how much they need. They also have a better understanding in which they can response to the capacity and hat can be done both locally and nationally. This then give them an accurate count of the workforce also.

But when we look at the Human Resource for the red cross they do pretty much the same thing as others d. But they have different resources they give out for their clients and they do look at their client to see what the best is for them. But see they don't do just blood either they make sure they have clothing, food, housing and other things they might need.

When they are a disaster they are the ones they volunteer to help and they have special training they have to do also. See with this training they can help their clients more needs. But they can be CNA, LPN and also RN with this training.

But also they have to make sure about hiring, promotions, employee conduct. But they still also have legal requirement such as the following. The civil rights litigation discrimination. But yet even with Red Cross mangers they have make sure that they are aware in changing the requirements and make sure that their site meets all the standards.

To increase to the best in personal administration and the using of the computer programs and to make it easier for the company to manage payroll, their attendance, their policies, and also their law compliance with everything. With all of this done then Red Cross will get better luck with things.

But yet they want their first step is to improve the qualities of their products. But how they can do that is by involving and also using empower their employees. But yet it does not matter about being self oriented the challenge is the same for all of the organization that tired to get the best quality. See all employees are prepared for their roles why far.

See they also want to pay employees to collect some kind of data. That was a disadvantage of it because employees refuse to do that. But also the Red Cross does have three terminals. Those are Twitter, blogs and also other social media sites that human resource use for them.

See Deli the social media is still in the early site. But this is where people can find different information and also resources. But my thing is this going to help the employees and also to find a way that they can hire people. So like I said at the beginning as human services worker
