Can an employee receive a disciplinary action during FMLA leave? Termination?

Effective Employee Orientation Lack of motivation and productivity, Boring Orientation materials. Is there any technology available to streamline orientation? Other than HR, who is responsible for Orientation? Is there a safe way to speed up the training process to decrease time to productivity?
