According to the overallocated resource chart Huntsville Plant Project will in fact be completed by June 30, 2012, it actually will be finished in July of 2011. The deadline that was set by the board of directors was met promptly and ahead of time. This has allowed the production start-up to begin on June 25, 2010 and distribution by July 2, 2010. To ensure that the deadline is met my suggestion would be, to meet with each team leader of the precise tasks that are contained by the Critical Path of the current schedule. By have a meeting with the different team leaders that have direct experience, the team will be able to better examine the odds of realistically reducing the time for each individual task. Another option would be to recruit outside consulting to these meetings if there are any leaders that do not have the necessary knowledge for the particular task. With the great experience of an outside consultant the actual interval time could positively be deliberated resulting in shorter task time. These other options would first be applied to the Critical Path of the current task lists and then possibly to any other task of lesser time period.
The time allocated to the procurement of equipment can be reduce by allocating more experience personnel and other resources to expedite the task. This would open up more or readjust time for the completion of other activities on the critical path that are outlined in red.

Hiring a facility specialist and a project manager can be easy if they look for the right people. Even though these two are over- allocated they can still be finished up in no time.
It shouldn't be that hard considering that everything else for the project is completed, this should be very simple. "It is very crucial for them to hire a project manager because project managers spend a great deal of time managing what other people are doing, creating processes for the team to follow, and making sure that everyone is working at their full potential. A project manager is the person who has total responsibility for the successful planning and execution of a project. He or she must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills. The project manager spot should be filled with someone who has all of these
